Rhythm N Lose uses a fusion playlist of R-N-B, Motown, Jazz, tribal music & errthang in between!

Apache's class is known for having an amazing playlist  of funk, pop, RnB, hip hop - paired with easy-to-follow dance movements!

This class is for all dance and workout levels to enjoy - beginner and advanced students!


What to wear: Wear comfy clothes and bring your water. We'll be doing some light weights and breathing exercises to de-stress!
